Dick currently teaches Strategic Leadership, an online course in the Master’s Degree Program at St. Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania.
Strategic Leadership explores how organizational structure and systems intersect with corporate values and culture. Students focus on articulation of their personal leadership “brand” in the context of their current organizations. The course objective is an enhanced understanding of an appreciation for how to leverage individual strengths to lead effectively with individuals, team and organizations effectively.
