As a consultant, I've led large-scale change efforts in the US and Europe, including integrating acquisitions across borders. Since 2009, my family has owned and operated a business, which gives me an owner's view of what it takes to deliver results through people.
Today, through Richard Massimilian Consulting in Dallas, I help executives, teams and organizations build the leadership their strategy needs.

- Change leadership. As a consultant, directed large-scale change in telecommunications, banking and retail, in the US and Europe.
- Acquisition integration. As a consultant, integrated European acquisitions for a multi-billion-dollar US fiber and cable manufacturer, and led project teams in Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Business owner. My family has owned and operated a business since 2009.
